Curated Therapy Collective ("CTC," "we," or "our") connects clients with independently practicing, licensed mental health professionals.
CTC is not a therapy group, treatment provider, or medical entity, and does not provide therapy or medical services directly.
By using our website, intake forms, or related services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of Services
- CTC serves as a professional collective and matching service, not a clinical provider.
- All clinicians within the Collective are independent practitioners responsible for their own practice, licensure, and clinical decisions.
- Communication through CTC does not establish a clinician-client relationship.
- CTC staff review client information solely for the purpose of facilitating appropriate introductions.
3. User Responsibilities
For Clients:
- You agree to provide accurate information in your intake form to help ensure a clinically appropriate fit.
- You understand that choosing to engage with a referred clinician is your decision.
- You acknowledge that therapy, outcomes, and fees are handled directly between you and your clinician.
For Clinicians:
- You agree to maintain active licensure, professional insurance, and ethical compliance per NASW, APA, or ACA standards.
- Membership in CTC does not constitute employment, supervision, or legal partnership with CTC.
4. Privacy Policy & HIPAA Compliance
CTC is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable privacy laws.

While CTC operates as a professional collective rather than a healthcare provider, we maintain HIPAA-compliant practices for handling any health-related information you share with us.
Information We Collect
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Basic demographic and preference details
- Any information voluntarily shared on intake or membership forms
CTC does not collect or store:
- Protected Health Information (PHI) including diagnostic details, therapy notes, or medical records
- Sensitive financial information
- Social Security numbers or government identification
How We Use Your Information
- To review client submissions and facilitate appropriate connections
- To communicate updates, scheduling, or referral details
- To improve our referral and membership experience
- Information is never used for marketing without your explicit consent
Data Security & Confidentiality

- Intake and membership data are stored on secure, encrypted servers
- Access is strictly limited to authorized CTC staff on a need-to-know basis

5. Fees and Payment Policy
- CTC's connection service is complimentary for clients seeking therapy referrals.
- Clinician members pay a membership fee to participate in the Collective.
- Therapy or coaching fees are handled directly between clients and clinicians.
- CTC is not involved in billing, insurance claims, or disputes between clients and clinicians.
6. Disclaimers
- CTC does not provide clinical care or therapy services.
- Inclusion of any clinician in the Collective does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of outcomes.
- CTC makes reasonable efforts to verify licensure and professional standing but does not supervise clinical care.
- Use of CTC services is at your own discretion and risk.
CTC is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or contact local emergency services.
7. Ethical and Professional Standards
CTC and its members uphold the principles of the NASW Code of Ethics, APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists, and ACA Code of Ethics.
Confidentiality Guarantee
All communications with CTC are treated as confidential. Your information will never be disclosed to unauthorized parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
CTC shall not be liable for any actions, decisions, or services provided by independent clinicians or for any harm, injury, or loss arising from their care.
By using CTC's services, you release CTC and its affiliates from responsibility related to clinician actions or outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, and branding elements are the property of Curated Therapy Collective and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect best practices, compliance standards, or service changes.
Any updates will be posted on our website with the effective date indicated.
11. Clinician Membership Agreement
The following Membership Agreement applies to all clinicians who join Curated Therapy Collective.

- •Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable. Early termination during the 12-month period is not permitted.
- •Cancellation Policy: After completing the 12-month term, members may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
1. Purpose and Mission
Curated Therapy Collective, LLC ("CTC") is a membership-based community of independently practicing, licensed mental health professionals committed to ethical practice, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
CTC is not a group practice or employer and does not provide supervision, therapy, or clinical direction.
2. Nature of the Relationship
CTC operates as a professional network, not a clinical entity. Clinicians remain independent practitioners responsible for their own clients, records, billing, licensure, and clinical decisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.
3. Membership Requirements
By joining CTC, members agree to:
- Maintain active professional licensure and professional liability insurance.
- Abide by all ethical standards and applicable laws.
- Keep their CTC profile current and accurate.
- Engage respectfully and professionally with CTC staff and fellow CTC clinician members.
4. Referrals and Visibility
CTC facilitates clinician-curated referrals based on client needs, specialty, and availability. Inclusion in CTC does not guarantee referrals or client volume.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Members must maintain confidentiality of all client information received through CTC in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
6. Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on tier selection.
- All fees are non-refundable.
- A 12-month minimum commitment is required from enrollment date.
- Early termination during the 12-month period is not permitted.
7. Cancellation
After completing the initial 12-month commitment, members may cancel with 30 days' written notice to hello@curatedtherapycollective.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
CTC is not liable for actions, decisions, or services of member clinicians. Members hold CTC harmless from claims arising from their clinical practice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
